1x02 - Wendigo
We start out, Livestreaming this episode right after the last, on a heartbreaking note with profound, touching commentary.

Some dudes in the woods vanish, and Team J2 shows up pretending to be park rangers to hunt down the baddie.

Honestly, these guys must be pathological liars. They do it so effortlessly, and without any kind of hesitation at all.
Anyways, they gather one of the missing guys’ family - his sister and brother - and some douche hunter who obviously gets his ass reamed by the monster a little over halfway through the episode. Dean and Sam continue playing trackers.

Course, then Dean and the girl get snatched, so Sam and the little dude go and track them… via a trail of M&Ms that Dean made. Seriously, I cannot make this shit up.

They find Sam, the girl, and the originally missing dude all bondaged-up in a dark cave (kinky) and the big bad, a “wendigo”, shows up. Sexy thing.

You’d hit it for sure.
So they lay the smackdown on it with a good old fashioned flare gun, Alan Wake style, and Dean gets his perv on and actually comes out of the deal with a kiss on the cheek. Probably more action than he’s gotten pretty much ever.

Ladies, please.
After that, we get some brotherly moments before they drive off into the sunset, Sam behind the wheel. Wonder how often that’ll happen. Sam behind the wheel, I mean. I can’t imagine there’s any shortage of driving-into-sunset scenarios in this show, it’d be the perfect cherry on the heterosexual sundae.
1x01 - PILOT
ABOUT TIME, AM I RIGHT OR AM I RIGHT (sorry, crazy month). Any dang way.
An emotional show about hunting demons and shit? Yeah, an opening with a cozy family scene isn’t going to end well.

So a bunch of dudes are going missing, and of course we get to see one jackoff be so apparently ready to hop in the sack with the first mildly attractive person to come his way, he ignores every ounce of common sense he might actually possess and let some weird flickering chick in his car, and then proceeds to stare at her tits hard enough to burn holes in them.

And then

Sam’s first moment of being a total asshat. A+ to you, good sir.

Sam’s first bitchface. Aw, they grow up so fast.

So they hunt down the Woman in White and then this freaky shit happens, and everyone in the Livestream basically pooped on everything in a 10 foot radius of their persons.
Then I tried to get a screenshot of Sam and Dean looking badass at the end of the episode, but it just looks like Sam is getting ready to get his dance on.

Dude’s got moves.
was sick today, thus, no liveblogging
I’ll probably start tomorrow morning, have no fear.
Meanwhile, enjoy this quality image of your favorite actors. These fine gentlemen, goodness.

yes best blog perfect yes, when do you think you'll start the live action series?
Thanks, man! I’m going to start the first season of the live action series tomorrow, actually. Apparently I still have about 105 hours of the show to get through, not counting the rest of the episodes of Season 7. I don’t know how I feel about this. That’s a lot of heterosexual demon slaying.

also, sam tries to pop his jacket collar or something at the end of the anime
What-

$-money and D-thuggin reppin’ it, demon hunting 4 lyfe
all hell breaks loose, pt 2 [final anime ep, 22]
So it starts out with Sam dead, Dean mourning him. But then, Dean makes a deal. For only one year of his life remaining, too.

It’s kind of cool how Dean started the series out as kind of an aloof jackass, but now he’s actually showing some emotion.

Sam is pretty surprised, too.
Anyway, Sam, Dean, Bobby and Missouri go to stop Jake, one of the dudes given powers as a baby, from breaking this seal the yellow-eyed demon is trying to open. Jake does it anyway and then tries to kill Dean, but Sam intervenes…

You can guess how that turned out.

They start fighting the demon while Missouri and Bobby try to shut the gate to Hell that Jake opened, but they basically start getting their shit wrecked, until…

The ghost, or angel, or spirit or whatever-the-hell of their father gives Dean the chance to shoot the demon with the Colt, killing it. Then, he vanishes in a blue glow.
Apparently, a lot of demons have escaped the gate, despite closing it. An army, Missouri says.

“I hope you boys are ready… the war has just begun.”
Damn. Onto the live action series, now - as I understand, the anime ends around the end of Season 2’s storyline of the live action series, so I have a bit of catching up to do before I find out what happens from there.
Let’s do it!
also I had a dream about Castiel earlier
I can’t remember it clearly anymore, but there was this boy in a really large, private school, kinda fancy, and this bully girl that picked on him relentlessly. She usually got away with it. But it turned out she was a demon, and she chased the boy and a classmate of his during dinnertime which took place in a giant hall.
Castiel tracked the demon down, and the boy and his classmate ended up in this trailer thing that the demon tossed into a lake. But unlike most trailers, a lot of it was glass and broke, but there was still air at the top, so the boy and his classmate still had a way to breathe, at least for a bit. But the demon was still hunting them, and the boy’s father was frantic. At this point the demon was actually in the lake.
But then Castiel killed it with a lot of light or something, and everything was okay.
And then I woke up.
Huh.

one ep left of the anime… [anime ep21]
Sam gets transported to a ghost town with other people that drank the demon’s blood, right? Right. A couple of them are characters we’ve seen before.

The yellow-eyed demon shows Sam a weird dream where he watches his mother die while he’s floating on a giant eyeball, and then tells him only one of the people in the town can survive and they all have to kill each other.

Sam tries to get them pacified, which works until one of the five kills off two people and tries to kill Sam. The big dude kills her and saves Sam, so it’s only the two of them, and Mr. Bigshot tries to kill Sam who fends him off and apparently knocks him out.
Dean shows up with Bobby, and it looks like he and Sam are about to have a tearful, hug-filled reunion when all of a fucking sudden…

You have to be fucking kidding me.
What.
this frame was pretty, though, at the end [anime ep20]

esp with some adjustment, and…

aw yee
what the fuck [anime ep20]
for once, Dean is the only person with his head on straight, or as much as it’s possible for him, anyway. He’s still acting like kind of a doofus.

what even? It started out with Dean covered in blood and passing out or something and he wakes up to this, and he’s married and shit. huh. now he’s browsing around in a video rental sto-
wait what

oh ok dean is living in a dream because of an evil djinn
“Bitch!”
“Dean, what’re you calling me a bitch for!?”
